EBook is sent via an adobe file within 1 business day of the date of order
Clothing and merchandise are shipped within 5-7 business days of the date of order.

We will notify you within 24-48 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock.
All freight and shipping charges are FOB from Sarnia, Ontario. Please note if customs decides to charge customs or duty fees it is the responsibility of the customer (however please note these fees are not typical and shouldn't be charged. Random inspections do occur sometimes and fees are applicable with those inspections)
