Photos of clothing and apparel are mock ups and not actual photos of the product. These are made to order therefore; size, color and placement of design may vary from your computer screen. The Tarot Room and Astrotarot Room reserves the right to alter or change the design style, color or size. The materials of each shirt is provided and they are sublimated into the fabric. Please review the material and chemicals involved in sublimation prior to wearing any clothing. Any allergic reaction or skin reaction, any reaction is due neglect from the consumer. Please ensure you have no sensitivities or reactions to the materials and chemicals on these clothing items.
Jewelry is worn at your own risk. Do not get it wet, it might discolor. These can be sharp, so do not rub your fingers around the chains or any part of the jewelry. Any injuries are the responsibility of the consumer. Please do a skin test to ensure you don't react to the material and please read the description carefully as it is clearly outlined what material each item is made up. It is the consumers responsibility to verify and do a skin test to ensure there are no reactions to the jewelry or items purchased. The Tarot Room, Bluntsaggie Tarot nor The Astrotarot Room will take any liability or responsibility for any injuries, reactions or issues with the items purchased and the consumer agrees to these terms and completing their due diligence by placing an order on thetarotroom.net or any affiliated website.
User Submissions.
User Submissions. Information you transmit to the Site is not confidential or proprietary. The Tarot Room may use any information you transmit through the Site on an unrestricted basis. This may include personal information about you and your use of the Site.
Product Display/Colors
The Tarot Room website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using. Some variances can and should be expected. Each shirt is made on a sale by sale basis and they will appear different from the computer monitor. Such variances are acceptable and out of our control.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and The Tarot Room reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Tarot Room will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge (this can vary based on exchange rate and is out of the control of the Tarot Room). Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with The Tarot Room Return Policy
Sales Tax Policy
All prices do not include taxes (G.S.T. or others). All orders are subject to acceptance by our Order Desk and if they aren't accepted they will be refunded. All prices are subject to change without notice. The Tarot Room does business throughout Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand (among others) and collects and remits sales tax as required by law.
Validating:
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have given us with the order.
If an order is rejected, we will process a refund to the charge that has been made against your card. If a refund is processed do to unethical questions being asked or topics clearly outlined as not acceptable, there is a processing fee that is applied to your refund.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Thetarotroom.net website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Freight
All freight and shipping charges are extra and based on our head office as the point of origin. If additional transport costs (or customs and duties) were to apply, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment. Here is a list of additional fees commonly charged to The Tarot Room by carriers: wrong delivery address provided by customer, use of tailgate, wait time at delivery, delivery in a private residence, inside delivery, 2nd delivery attempt, refused delivery and remote area delivery. Please note this list is non-exhaustive.
Termination.
Your failure to comply with any of the Terms automatically revokes your authorization to use the Site, Marketing Tools, and Software, and terminates any and all rights granted to you under the Terms.
